Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash after completing M.A, M.Phil and Ph.d in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi pursued his career in Odisha Administrative Service. He has special inclination for making films in his own banner “social image production” based on social issues like women empowerment, farmersuicide, caste system, indentured labour and disaster management. To his credit Dr.Sweta Kumar Dash has produced five films including his upcoming bollywood feature film Delhi Bus’ on Nirvaya Rape Case. Besides he has produced short film “ Sani”. About The Film: Synopsis: MASK Film Synopsis:
This short film 'Mask' by Dr. Sweta Ku. Dash where he unfolded the story of a little boy from a poor family selling Masks made tirelessly by her mother for just Rs 20 a piece during Covid-19 times. While some bought it willingly, others refused him straightaway. Many bargained and even forced him to offer it free which he eventually did to a person owning a swanky Car who was bewildered by the Boys gesture. While handing over the free mask, the little boy announced that he was offering it free for safety of mankind where price doesn't hold any value for him but let humankind survive in this difficult times & departed. Such a noble gesture from a poor boy who's family is totally dependent on the sale of Masks.This is based on true story during Pandemic of Covid 19 for awarness.
What was your drive behind making this film?
Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: For Public awareness by creating positive thinking among the Covid-19 patients thinking.
How do you feel when you are awarded with the MP FILM AWARD Award.
Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: Extremely happy

Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: During shooting actress was so emotional by the line of dialogue
How rigorously did you stick to the script while shooting?
Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: Very much
Where there any onset problems During the filming of the film & how did you deal with it?
Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: Shooting was too difficult due to Covid-19 protocols but we could manage well with limited equipment
Do you have any advice for young filmmakers out there? Or like yourself?
Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: We should make film which should focus on social issues
Do you think it is essential to go to a film institute in order to become a successful filmmaker?
Dr. Sweta Kumar Dash: Not necessary, as it is a in burn quality.
